Welcome to Bright Threads Coaching, specialists in ADHD-informed and Executive coaching. A neurodivergent-friendly coaching service with a non-directive coaching approach. I currently have space for new clients, and can accept Access to Work funding. Please book a Discovery Call or get in touch if you want to discuss how we can work together, or read on to find out a bit more about what we do.
ADHD-informed coaching bears in mind the common challenges with daily life that can come with having an ADHD brain.
My approach is non-directive, which means I will support you to decide your goals and ways to achieve them. I'll ask questions and reflect back your ideas and options to help you find the right path.
We will work together in equal partnership, minimising shame and learning what works for you. This is ideal if you don't like being told what to do, or are tired of trying generic strategies that don't work for you.
I have over a decade of experience in Higher Education, with a research expertise in Occupational Psychology and as a student support adviser for study skills and executive functioning. I offer professional, evidence-based coaching focused on working with adults to thrive; in every day life, professionally, or academically.
I have trained with Sally Cater (Senior Practitioner, EMCC) and Professor Alex Conner (Co-founder of the ADHDadultUK Charity) and graduated from their ADHD Coaching Course, which is currently being accredited by the EMCC at Practitioner level.
As a work psychologist, my research and expertise concentrate on enhancing well-being, resilience, and emotion regulation. I emphasise active listening and curious questions, to support you to make changes in a neutral and collaborative environment. After finding out about my own ADHD in 2022, and beginning to learn what works best for me, I am passionate about working with fellow ADHD minds, whether you are a professional, university student, a parent, or juggling several identities! No formal diagnosis required, and you don't have ADHD at all, if you have goals in mind to work on in coaching.
Please get in touch, or book a discovery call if you would like to discuss how we could work together on your goals.
